Study by mastery, not by dates. Advance only after you can explain a concept without notes, have solved a substantial body of problems at increasing difficulty, have reviewed your mistakes by category, and have seriously attempted at least one challenge problem.
Mastery standard
Move on from a module only once roughly 20–50 relevant problems have been solved (adjusted for the domain's breadth and difficulty), mistakes have been categorized and reviewed, at least one challenge problem has been attempted seriously, and you can recognize the signals for each technique — not just repeat a template you've already seen.
